1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NORYVE website and the purchase of digital products through it. NORYVE is operated by Nathanael Josephson, a sole proprietor registered in Quebec, Canada, under Québec Enterprise Number (NEQ) 2282447509.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from this store. If you are a minor, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

Some features, including the Digital Library, require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account.

You should keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Nature of the products

All products sold are digital. Depending on the product, fulfillment may take the form of a digital code, a license key, a subscription top-up, or account-based access. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Product information, platforms and regions

Each product listing states its platform, activation region and product type. Digital products are frequently limited to a specific region or platform.

It is your responsibility to verify the platform, activation region and system requirements before completing a purchase.

6. Third-party trademarks and no affiliation

Product names, platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Xbox and PlayStation are trademarks of their respective owners; Windows and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

NORYVE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an authorized representative of these companies. References to their products are descriptive only.

7. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Where taxes apply, they are calculated at the payment step.

8. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and the order is recorded against your account. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a listing contained an error or where an order appears fraudulent.

9. Payment

Payment processing is not connected in this version of the store. When payment becomes available, it will be handled by a third-party payment provider and will be subject to that provider's own terms.

10. Delivery and fulfillment

Delivery is electronic, to the Digital Library in your account. Many products may be delivered shortly after payment confirmation, while some orders may require additional processing and are shown as Processing until fulfillment is available.

11. Revealing and using fulfillment details

Where a product is fulfilled by a code or key, the value stays hidden until you choose to reveal it. Once revealed or redeemed, a digital item cannot be returned to an unused state. Keep fulfillment details private and use them only in accordance with the product's activation terms.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Eligibility may depend on the product, fulfillment status, whether the digital item has been revealed or redeemed, and the circumstances of the request.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or fulfillment details that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, disrupt or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not resell, publish or redistribute fulfillment details obtained through the site.
• Do not use the site for fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse.

14. Intellectual property

The NORYVE name, branding, site design, text and layout are owned by NORYVE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in that product to you.

15. Third-party terms

Products you activate are governed by the terms of the platform or publisher that provides them. Those terms are between you and that third party.

16. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and parts of the store may be unavailable during maintenance or development.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is. We do not warrant that a product will be suitable for a particular purpose, or that a product will function on hardware, an account or a region other than the one stated on its listing.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
